PE- Discus

Today in PE we learnt how to throw a discus and the techniques on how to throw a discus the right way, We learnt 4 rules.

Here are the 4 Rules.

  • Roll off your small finger.
  • Wrap 4 fingers around the discus.
  • stand on the the throwing line.
  • 1 wind up (not 3)

    Hi Tai its Bryce.
    I like the tips that you have shared but next time i think you should add what you liked in the discus session and what you disliked or just even add a photo but overall great job.
