Home economics: Pita pockets

Today in Home Economics we done our first practical, we made pita pockets. 

Ingredients:
  • Pita Pockets
  • Ham
  • Carrot
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Sauces of your choice

Today in our first practical lesson in home economics we made something quick, easy and delicious. First we grabbed our ingredients and chopped and grated them and got them prepared to be packed into our pita pockets, this was a fun, easy and fast meal to make and could be done within half and hour and nothing needs to be cooked so it is a nice fresh healthy meal made from simple ingredients.

    Kia ora Tai. A good start to your blog. I am glad you enjoyed your first practical lesson in Home Ec. Pita pockets certainly are a quick easy fun meal to make and eat. What sauce did you use and how was the over all flavour and texture?
