The design process is a common series of steps that engineers/creators use in creating functional products and processes. The Design Process is also an approach for breaking down a large project into manageable chunks.
What are the steps to a design process -
Define the Problem, You can't find a solution until you have a clear idea of what the problem is.
- Collect Information, Collect sketches, take photographs and gather data to start giving you inspiration.
- Brainstorm and Analyse Ideas.
- Develop Solutions.
- Create a prototype or a model.
- Gather Feedback.
- Improve.
Why are Design Processes important?
A design process is pretty easy to follow but I in my opinion if u use a design process it makes a huge difference in making sure that the final product is of the highest quality.
